Sirius technical support.

[beastech]

My unit says "aquiring signal" all the time and will not connect. I
can't get to the sirius home page because of my works firewall. Would
someone be so kind as to post the phone number for support or offer me
some advice on how to fix this issue?

I took it out of my old car a couple of months ago and put it in my new
car. I turned it on for the first time in 2 months and that is when
this message appeared.

This sounds like an antenna cable problem. It is possible there was damage
to it when the antenna was moved to the other vehicle. This cable is
high-tech and can't be repaired by most people. You can get replacement
antennas from stores like Best Buy, Radio Shack, etc but I have also seen
them on eBay. I have also successfully dealt with this company
