There is a lot of discussion about it amongst pilots. The reviews have been
very positive -- you might check out the aviation sites for some.

I haven't seen anything about the marine or emergency services applications.
XM had just about 27K data services subscribers at the end of June, of which
some portion is Navtraffic, so there aren't a huge number of subscribers to
it.

There are only about 100K civilian aircraft in the USA.
