I thought you may want to know about the RTX DUALjack to connect a TiVo to the phone line. Other wireless extenders use a home's power lines iwhich is unrelaible as it is affected by power line noise. The DUALjack base unit sends a digital radio signal to the extender unit, so you don't get any interference.
It is really cool, I didn't have to have anyone do anything with my phone line, re-route it, etc.
You plug the phoneline into the the base unit where ever the phone line is located in your house, then you plug the extension unit into the wall by your TiVo then plug the TiVo directly to the extension unit. It was really easy and took 2 seconds. :up: :up: I'm just about to move so I know that when I get to my new place I can use my TiVo right away without having to pay and wait for the phone guy to move my line.
