Canuck ex pat living in NJ. Recently tried to replace my old 2700 receiver with a new 4100. Cannot get a strong enough signal to get it to boot up. My son fiddled with the dish, now cannot even get a signal on the old 2700 . I do have a new 18" dish with two eyeballs, but only one is connected.

I hope you have your system up and working by now. In case you are still having problems maybe this will help.

1 make sure the dish is not bent out of shape and is mounted right.

2 make sure you have the proper LNBF in the right side. 91 on the left side of the Y BRACKET and the other 82 on the right side. Make sure your RG6 cable has a good connection.

3 Set up 91 first with these settings. AZIMUTH 204.1
ELEVATION 40.1
NORTH LAT 39.9
WEST LON 75.0

If your dish, cable, lnbf and receiver are all ok you should be able to get some kind of a siginal.

These settings are for BEV system setup for Cherry Hill NJ.

I hope this helps you out. Good luck!!!!
