McPuke files an appeal for Wic against Roy..

Roy called me today.. I had told him they might but he was sure they wouldn't and Ian Angus also said they wouldn't.

No matter what they seemed bent on appealing everything..

So this might go to Federal Court of Appeals in Winnepeg.. first it has to be decided if they will hear the appeal..

The grounds for the appeal are ridiculas as there doesn't appear to be any reasons given.. just that the Judge erred in his decision..

I was thinking they would appeal because of the big Wic the Pr...'s lawsuit against the Yanks..

If the Judge said that Roy in Canada was not harming their buisness how could HBO in the US be hurting their buisness..

The Motion that McPuke filed yesterday in Ontario for the NDS cards to be heard today was dismissed because of technicalities..

Half a day notice is a minor detail.

He has til Friday to file a proper one and they are expecting he will..
