Does anyone know if it is a normal practice for the picture on my tv to shrink when not viewing a HD channel??? My current system setup consists of the Dish 411 HDTV receiver, connected to a RCA 56" HDTV. The connection is through the RGB cables. We also upgraded to the dish 1000 antenna. We also have two Dish 311 standard receivers on two other tv's in our home. When viewing the HD channels the picture is in 16:9, but when viewing SD tv it appears to be switching to 4:3. I have tried everything in the menu on both the sat receiver and then menu on the RCA tv to try and correct this. Does anyone know if this is a standard thing with the 411 receiver, or is there something I am not doing correctly??? Thanks for any help...

Yes, this is quite normal for the image to shrunk due non HD formate.
It will be full screen again when the HD programming returns.
