Local channels

How can I get local channels other than the ones they say I qualify for? I live in Ky., but direct says I only qualify for tn. locals.

You cant. Unless you move to an area that does NOT qualify for locals OR buy an RV an register an account assigned to it, then you can get NY or LA.
