Star Choice vs. My side of the building

Hi, first time poster here.

Quick question: I live on the north east side of my highrise (4th floor in an 11-floor building), and was wondering if I can get a signal for Star Choice. Everywhere I've looked, I keep seeing "signal comes from the south, either east or west from Saskatchewan". I've tried Expressvu, but they told me I wouldn't be able to get a signal, hence my turn to Star Choice. Any ideas? Thanks!

All dishes need to point south to get a signal, so you are S.O.L my friend unless you can change apts or make friends with someone on the south side you can install a dish on their Balcony.

I would have suggested the roof but I doubt the manager would like a pile of cable hanging on the side of the building..

Thanks for the input. But, they came over the weekend, and Lo and Behold, I'm good to go! It's kind of pointing southwest at an angle, but everything's seems good so far. I do find my guide is a bit lethargic, but it'll do.
