HD Dish?

Can I use my current phase lll 18x20 oval 3lnb 4 output dish to receive HD if I buy an HD reciver or do I need the 5lnb? Also if i have just the regular hd reciver no dvr i just run one line to it correct? Thanks for your help.....

most of th hd currently comes from the 110 ...i think some from the 119 ... locals hd however you will have to check & see which sat yours come from ... i think the 5 lnb was mainly made for local hd coming of the 99 & 103
however ... dtv must upgrade there hd to catch up with dish...
