nfl in hdtv?

i had a friend tell me that all the nfl games were going to be broadcast in hdtv. is ther any truth to this? if there is which networks will be the ones?

That's interesting... i don't know if they are or not. If they are, they probably will only be available over the airwaves through local stations; not through satellite or cable.

My guess is that it's definately not going to happen on D**. They would have been advertising it by now... don't you think?

I wish they would get their act together and get some HDTV channels so i can make use of my recievers,(they don't broadcast on my locals yet).

By the way; i haven't had the time to set up my new dish yet. How much nicer is the picture? I haven't been in a hurry to see only one channel of movies. But i'd be outside doin' it now if i thought i could see some live sports on it.

i have the new sony kp-53hs10 and the rca htc100, and the picture is great. the only problem is only a few channels have programming in hdtv.
