I purchased the new dtc-100 from RCA. The dtc100 is a high definition receiver. It came with a hu card… with one noticeable difference from the other hu cards, the chip has wavy lines on it. When I first installed a H card on it, it worked fine. The new receiver also keeps a log of updates and supposedly forewarns you of future updates.

To reboot that sucker you have to hold the up+down+power buttons and uplugged the darn thing several times.

To access the service menu of the dts100 you should press input and down arrow at same time and hold in for 3 seconds.
