hi - so got the dish hung with portable mon and rec outside.....was getting 94% signal on A4 for over an hour while running the lines in the house....go to term. lines at dish and go in....9% signal now and the dish was locked down so it didnt move. i unhook all lines and hook the monitor outside back up and still 9%, and after 1 hr of playin wih it still got nothing. took LNB to sat shop...an old man "tested" it at a bench with something....never actually tried it out. claims its good.....and now i m stuck. if anyones encountered this......lemme know.
