Its about GD time a judge has finally made a concise judgement on the "lawfull distributor" part of the RC act.

Hi Guys,

My legal advisors say the Krazy Krazy case holds more weight to Ontario judges than even the BC appeals court.

I also believe this case which supports Mr. Justice Brenner in the CanAm case has to be EXTREMELY good guidance to the BC Court of Appeals. They cannot ignore it and they cannot overturn it in any way. So to go against Mr. Justice Brenner they now have to go against a more powerful CRIMINAL COURT and several other current rulings such as Mr. Justice Klebuc, Mr. Justice Haliburton, Mr. Justice Kennedy as well as Madame Justice Pettit Baig. That is quite a LOT of guidance. This is now 6 Provinces if we include King in New Brunswick with Mr. Justice McLellan.

Add in Roy Levin and the refusal to grant WIC an injunction against him and it becomes pretty overwhelming what the law is. It will be EXTREMELY difficult to go against so many Canadian Judges now.

That is really NOT easy to do and they will almost look lawless if they do. They ONLY have Mr. Justice Gibson to support them and HE CLEARLY stated that the Norsat case does NOT concern Criminal law and does NOT concern access cards. Pretty WEAK overall now. Its getting to be where ALL the dominoes are falling in ONE DIRECTION and there will be SEVERAL more (possibly 5) in Quebec in the next few months. There are several more in process now in Ontario as well. It will be VERY difficcult for ANY of those not to follow suit.

I believe this Ontario ruling puts them over the hump to decide WITH Mr. Justice Brenner, gives them all the justification they need when you add in all the other cases.
