HD antenna with dish 500 reciever

Has anyone tryied to hook up and HD antenna thought their dish reciever? Just wondering if they have a HD monitor with no coax input how do they convert from f connector to A/V or s- video?

Well you need an HD tuner for starters. If your TV has no Coax input then your TV doesnt have a tuner. Now the HD Dish net Sat recevers usually have an HDTV tuner built in also so you can hook up an HD anntennae to that and watch the OTA HD channels thru your sat receiver.
