Stilleto 100 /mp3 problem

I've got the new stiletto 100 which works awesome all but the sirius studio software doesn't recognize the stiletto (no icon appears). The computer recogniozes it but the software won't. I've tried uninstalling and re installing with all firewalls down. I tried different computer and hav also tried a new stiletto with no luck. Any help out there?

Hey, I downloaded MusicMatch jukebox,and have no problems putting mp3 on my Sirius Stilleto 100. I hope this helps.Cheers!!! Joey Tulo.

got my stilleto100 last month..
everything is a-ok,no problems so far!

Haven't heard of this one yet. I had the Sirius software installed from when I had the S50, and when I connected the STilleto 100 it updated automatically. I would check to make sure your USB ports are working correctly, then make sure your software is up to date. If that still fails, post again.
