I just got my HD DVR installed and I got a couple questions.

1.I want to add an OTA antenna to get MORE locals. Can I just diplex one of the 4 cables and put another diplex behind my receiver.

2. The installer mentioned that if I hook the receiver up to my home network and the reciever is online , then I watch DVR'd programs from my computer. How do I do that?

sure you can diplex from another sorce such as an ota but make sure they are double power passive./ as for the networking i am not sure but i don't think that'll work

one thing i didn't think about is if you are talking about back wireing or (mirroring) whereas the tv and your pc will be on the same channel. then sure it will work but i guess you know you have to have a tv card in your pc. the it would be easy as pie just use the av, or use a 2 way cable splitter on the video out.
