Satellite/Transponder Question

I'm just wondering where on the net info is posted about which Satellite's/Transponder's correspond to which channels. (i.e.) Channel 79 (HDNet) is Satellite 119W, but which Transponder? I've tried Googling for it, but have only been able to find some info (which seems out-of-date). Thanks in advance..

I have posed the same question to Direct TV technicians with no valid answer.

The answer must be somewhere.
