HELP! 15% Signal Strength, anybody got the skew and elevation?

Hey, I'm trying to self install a Star Choice Satellite Dish. The receiver is already active, but I'm having trouble getting a signal. Does anyone have the correct skew and elevation numbers for Windsor, Ontario? What direction does the dish have to be pointed in?? Also, does the azimuth matter when finding a signal, and if so what instrument to you need to find the correct azimuth?

For Windsor the Azimuth is 225, the elevation is 33.5 and the skew is 118.
From there just make minor adjustments until you are up to 80% if thats what you are going for. All you need is anything above 40 or 50%. Also make sure the reciever is not on channel 255, use 313 to find the signal strength. Hope that Helps!
