More good news..Tech Electronics Successful on Quash Appeal!!

Yesterday the Decision came..

All charges have been dismissed and all equipement ordered to be returned to Tech Electronics..

There is a very long detailed decision by the Judge on the reasons given.. I expect to receive it shortly.. about 25 pages..

It seems the Judge lashed out on the conduct of the RCMP and the Government for their outrages behaviour..

Some of the decision that was read to me over the phone applies to my situation and others..

Taking everything you owned from a open legitminate buisness was not correct according to this Judge..

Well thats exactly what I and others have been saying.. how can they SEIZE EVERYTHING when case law says you can be operating lawfully correct..

Well I am into 22 months of having my whole inventory SEIZED and I have operated in to open as a legitimate buisness that is lawfully correct..

Its time I talk to my civil litagors..the only thing holding me back has been funds.. but if this decision is written the way it sounded it will be very good for a civil lawsuit..

Anyone interested in exporing a action with me please let me know.. if there is common ground its worth looking into.

As you know I wont be thinking about it, I have already done that over the last 22 months that they have denuded me, my family and my business that is no longer mine. I will DEFINITELY be suing and not for an insignificant sum. I will be calling you momentarily to get some info on that suit.

WOW What a BLACK DAY yesterday was for the forces of EVIL :)

I can also hardly wait to begin a CLASS ACTION Lawsuit in all Provinces that allow that for the illegal and improper actions of those who threatened the LAW against people so they could give them their phony “amnesty offer.” It seems to me that there may well be over 300,000 Canadians who were COERCED by the RCMP and the 2 distributors to trade-in their GREAT US SYSTEM because they feared prosecution and being criminally charged for watching TV. This is a REAL ISSUE and I imagine these 300,000 people will ALL WANT their American systems back now that they KNOW this was a FALSE and PHONY PLOY to use the LAW (with the assistance of the RCMP) to threaten Canadians and have them reluctantly comply.

As they now KNOW this was improper, I suspect the damages can be in the HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS and that the DEBT is eminently collectable from Ma Bell and the Government, should RIGHT win out.

The RECENT events show me CLEARLY what I have always felt, and that is that we have a FAIR and independent judiciary in Canada, willing to correct WRONGS when they happen. I will continue to have the greatest of FAITH in our court system and Judges in Canada. If ONLY I could feel that way about our Government and federal police, the now VERY commercially oriented RCMP.

Things have become MUCH brighter now and I greatly look FORWARD to this legal challenge.

Ok.. that went ok until I assumed you ran out of paper.? missing 8 pages or so..

Now if you are the leader in technology then you would have a fax machine with memory that once reloaded with paper the missing should come through :)

However if this is not the case then let me know and I will refax.. the quality is only fair so if needed arrangements could be made to get a cleaner copy fedex out..

I think you will find it most interesting.. must interesting indeed !! :)

Thanks Moe.. but we are either grey.. black.. or both..

The Royal Farcer in charge of my case said I was a different shade of black.. kinda of dark brown..

Certainly not white..

Yes they said all that BUT the truth is what the COURTS SAY, not the brainless RCMP in thir stupid mis-interpretation.

When all the rounds are in and you stand back an LOOK at it, it sort of looks like what I posted at

No wonder they hung their hats on the “often court rebuked” Norsat II case, it was virtually the only case that ever was ruled for them where a defendant was NOT stealing a “Canadian lawful distributor” owned signal which we always said was illegal.

They cling to this like a “sick dog to a bone made of ----“ as its all they have ;(

Well I feel no sorrow for them, they aught to LEARN TO READ as the LAW was always quite clear in what it says. Thats the INCREDIBLE part of all this hassle they gave us because they are now the property (in effect) of BIG BUSINESS. That started about the time they sold their promotional rights to Walt Disney.

The RCMP and Mickey Mouse. GEE IT FITS WELL!!! After all they do act pretty Mickey mouse most of the time!!
