Hi Dssturbed,

Now that the law has overwhelmingly been made clear by the courts in a plethora of favorable rulings, I believe that many who were FORCED to leave will be back with BELLS on their TOES. And rightly so. I just hope that many of them are prepared to step into a civil class action against the Government and RCMP who were warned about this my Mr. Ian Angus, many moons ago.

Look here for what he told them overr a YEAR ago and the actual letter ne sent to the many named on that letter.

http://www.legal-rights.org/letters/ian_angus_letter.html

Naturally they NEVER replied but this letter will be WIDELY used in lawsuits against them. It was a registered letter which they will NOW have to answer to IN COURT!!!

I also put together a TABLE of the rulings and here is what that looks like.

Thanks & Good Luck,

TTRK I just recalled something that was happening a few years back when I was in edmonton and wonder if "cable" companys such as Videotron of Edmonton still do this

I recall they has some kinda advert that allowed you to get better radio reception so good in fact I could pick up a hard rock Seattle radio station I *really* liked....I recall my freind said "all you need to do is use a splitter and connect to the coaxial antenna connection on your receiver and voila" ....Ummm so I did and and recall about 2 months later I had a service technician come over and noticed I had the splitter and said "you cant do that you gotta pay extra", I told him screw that I pay for cable and splitting it should be my option, he then told me "don't worry buddy I won't mention but gotta disconnect cause I'm here and seen it...though after I leave you can reconnect" he then smiled

He told me flat out "if you wanna receive those u.s radio stations we need to bill you" it was about $8.99 a month extra for this service

Wouldnt this have been somewhat illegal for Videtron now known as "Videon" to offer me reception of U.S radio signals for a fee?

A lot of interesting things coming to light recently. An example is an exerpt from the letter that mackenzie sent me that admits that his client (NDS, NDA) is conducting business in canada and my site is interfering with that business...

-------Begin Exerpt-----

"Generally speaking the devices and/or services which are being offered also cause or contribute to infringement of copyright rights of our clients and others while also constituting intentional interference with the business relations of these companies. "

----------End Exerpt------

you will also notice that pursuant to S 18 of the RCA, in order to even be able to sue and recover for damages the company must supply its technology to a lawful distributor

so, unless NDS is lying in Court when they claim that they have supposed agreements with their client (DTV) that those cards won't go into Canada....so who then is the lawful distributor who uses that technology in Canada that is necessary for a civil action pursuant to S 18?

DR7.. Videotron was supplying I believe digital radio..I will check to see if they still are.. they could very well be violating the RCA as intepretated by the Morons if it is a US encrypted service that you pay for.

There is a new radio service ( sirous ) that offers US encrpyted Digital signals for a subscription fee in your car.. when we asked the Industry Canada Expect Moronic at my trial how they were going to regulate it he had no idea..

We showed him the advertizements for the service which was going to start in two months from then ( May )..he had no answers and never heard of it.. were they going to ask motorists to shut off they radio in their car when they crossed into Canada we asked ?

It showed that Industry Canada was ONLY interested in killing the competition for ExpresPuke and Starjerks..

We believed our Judge pick up on this also..
