Today i saw a 2 page ad in the local paper here (Toronto)
Advertising DTV dishes and packages...I phoned to see if they were for real.....the guy there(Incredible Electronics)said they have secured legal subs with DTV thanks to a recent BC court verdict....He swears they do not do piracy of any kind and these systems come with Hu.
Is this possible or is there some sort of scam going on?

Hi Seige,
I know these people and they are VERY with a big “V“ legitimate business people and very good people to deal with. I am in constant contact with the owner who was also harassed by the RCMP earlier and TWICE, to boot. Both times the Crown relinquished the goods back to them and they even admitted that the POLICE infringed their section 8 Charter rights in the first seizure and thus it was ILLEGAL.
Its a VERY legit offer and so is Incredible Elecronics, in fact MORE SO than almost anyone except myself and GS2 knows.
As they have been perhaps the ABSOLUTE BIGGEST donators (it may be a toss up with GS2, a moderator here) and both are the staunchest of supporters of the Canadian legal-rights Satellite Organization at
http://www.legal-rights.org/index.html
I hope that people who read this will see fit to encourage them by doing business with them.
They have been a VERY BIG help to setting the law straight in Canada. Having silently supported this industry BIGTIME, even though they had their own problems to pay legal costs for as well, we ALL owe them a VERY BIG THANK-YOU for the least. And the BEST is you will be 100% satisfied when you do business with them because they are REALLY GOOD PEOPLE!!!
I have come to know them quite well and am very comfortable stating that.
Some folks are REAL STAND OUTS by their ACTIONS rather than verbally and INCREDIBLE ELECTRONICS is one of those who have ACTED to ASSIST right across the board in this battle. This issue is a little EMOTIONAL for me and it certainly is with INCREDIBLE ELECTRONICS and the enormous debt of thanks the industry owes them
Thanks “INCREDIBLE ELECTRONICS“ on behalf of the entire Legal-Rights Satellite Organization and all those who benefitted from your hard volunteer work and donations to our organization right across the Country and the many other ways you always assisted too. WAY BEYOND ANY CALL OF DUTY. We are all indebted for all that you have very selflessly done on behalf of ALL Canadians in setting these matters straight. I will go so far as to say that only because of YOU and several other members who have supported these efforts, that there still IS ANY Satellite industry in Canada today other than the Johnny-come-lately BEV and *C.
Many of you who know me, KNOW that I don’t take this ISSUE or this type of help lightly and this company have always asked that I keep their help anonymous even though it was so overwhelmingly helpful in every way imaginable. They did not want to be publicly credited for it.
Well now that its virtually OVER, I dont give a damn Dave, A MILLION THANKS and I sincerely hope you dont object!!!
Thanks & Good Luck,
To The REAL King!!

Thanks To The Real King:
I just found it very odd to see such an ad in the paper...Though I personally don't need that type of service.. I know some people (relatives mostly) who love the amount of sports and movies I get but are sceptical about the H card method *wink wink*.
This is the first time I've heard of Incredible Electronics but I applaud there efforts and will be sending some business there way!!!

Yes.. absolutely 100% legit and Real..and ABSOLUTELY A MAJOR CONTRIBUTER FOR ALL CANADIANS RIGHTS.!!!
I just spoke to him today..( almost daily ) he has been receiving alot of calls..
He was preparing to do this.. and was just waiting for the BC Decision.. and why not..
If they come after him again.. they know that they will be looking at Major lawsuit..
The owner and myself are VERY GOOD friends.. like TTRK says he has done SO MUCH for the Industry.. its incredible :)
I am just waiting for my own decision to come shortly and as expected to win I will be advertizing full force as I used to before they UNLAWFULLY tried to put me out of buisness..
We also do Grey subs and have thousands of happy customers..
I use to run half pages in the TV times..
I also will not do test cards.. but it is merely a buisness decision.. just as incredible.
Incredible is still VERY active in Canadian Rights and have done SO MUCH..I really can't STRESS THIS ENOUGH!! he has Donated SO MUCH in his time and in Monentary Donations.. its people like and his companie that should be SUPPORTED by purchasing from him..
Every time you do you are contributing to Canadians rights for now and the future.. spend your money where it goes to help you..
As my buisness has being going well I hope to be contributing again.. and if I get back my goods I will be selling them.. and from each sale a percentage will be going back to support the ongoing Canadian Legal Battles..
Yes.. support these buisnesses so they can support you.. and this company DESEVES the SUPPORT.. even though we compete against each other at times.. I am very happy to RECOMMEND them as I know how UNSELFISH they are..

Many of us who live in Southern Ontario know people who want more variety in their TV viewing but are not interested in 'testing.'
We should send these folks to Incredible Electronics for a legitimate subscription to Dave. We should stand up for freedom of choice--something that the CRTC (Communist Radio and Telecommunications Commission) has tried to deny us.
