Hi,
I have an old star choice DSR305 receiver which I got from my mother. I'm on her account until mine is activated, however, I seem to have lost my channel guide. When I press Guide, I get 'no information available' and when I press Interests, I four options, All Programs, Faves 1,2,3,4 - yet when I press those options I'm returned to my screen with a grey bar on the bottom that says 'no information'. I've tried everything to try and fix it myself including unplugging the coax cable and unplugging the power to the receiver from the jack. Anyone have any more bright ideas? :R
