missing channels

I use my bev at camp, got out there a couple of days ago, set dish up and noticed I was only getting the basic service. Checked the signals in the point dish setup screen and all transponders are between 80-100 percent, except transponder 15, which shows zero. When I first powered up the download dialog box came up, but the status bar did not move, the box just disappeared off the screen. No red channels, they are just gone. A buddy thinks my 4100 may be the problem, he went through similar issues, 2 changes later he was ok. No phone service at camp, just cell phone, used all my minutes on 4 fruitless tech calls (all they do is read from a script, useless).
