I am new to this site - so please make allowances if I am in the wrong area. I came upon an article about tweaking Direcway from this site - that's how I found it. Seems that there is no longer a Direcway forum?? Still if anyone can help with the following, I would appreciate it:-
I have the old two-box modem. Have had extensive connection problems this month (8/2007). My questions are:-
1. Is there any value in changing to the newer DW6000 or DW7000
2. If so, can I just install these myself with my existing account?
3. If so, what is involved?
