Connect Phone Line to VOIP Service?

I am considering changing from Comcast Cable to Dish Network. I do not have a land-based phone line in my home, but do have all the phone outlets in the house set-up to run through my VOIP phone service through Comcast. I will be keeping my internet through Comcast, so the phone service and Internet will continue through them. So the question is, does anyone know if the Satellite box dialing through VOIP service will cause any issues? I never have problems with phone calls, but not sure how data may differ.
