only getting 110 not 119

Hi I am a newbie and need help....I can ONLY get 110 and tried pointing dish every way possible still not getting 119---dish receiver is locking on echostar 110 at 100% signal strength and 119 just says wrong satellite with white bars across but at 100% also...I am in zip code 93063 are my settings off? can you give me right setting or tell me what I am doing wrong? have dishpro 500 dish Thanks

that dish has a built in switch ...what you need to do is verify which lnb is recevg the 110 ... cover the 110 lnb & see if you still have a reading .. ...

verify that you have the tilt & elev at the correct settings ... & most importantly that your pole is plumb to the ground

again ... verify which lnb is recving the signal .. ..it sounds like you might have a tilt & elevation problem...
