Direct TV dish w/ Dishnetwork receiver

Hope this question has not been posted if it has sorry for the duplication.

I recently moved to Florida and have a standard directtv oval reciever with a dual LNB. The landlord will not let me put another dish on the house so I was
wondering. My friend is giving me a standard receiver no dvr or hd just for ppv and regular channels.
Can I keep the same dish?
Do I need to change the LNB?
What satellites do I need to hit?
Any help would be greatly appreciated....

You can take down the Direct TV dish and put up a Dish 500.
They use the same mounts so it shouldn't be too much trouble.

the sats you look at is 119 and 110.
