Ok i'm pretty sure we have all the channels bought (no red in the guide) so i wanted to watch Teletoon. I couldnt find in guide, i look on the internet and it says the channels are 85-87, i check there and those channels are missing from my guide, i try to go to them and they are non-existant. Anyone know whats wrong?

try channels 554 and 555 ...

554 Teletoon East TOONE 17 12.45728 Nimiq 1 (91)
555 Teletoon West TOONW 17 12.45728 Nimiq 1 (91)

Channels dont exist, it goes 529, then jumps to 550, nothing in between

they aren't in my guide either (not under All Sub or All Channels)... but I only subscribe to the basic package ... but according to their website that's where they are located ...
