Help! This is my first posting, so I hope I do it right! A Directv tech was at my house today swapping out a HD-DVR (HR20-700) because it wasn't working properly. After he left, I noticed the new box says "Model HR20-100S" instead of the 700 series. Did I just get an outdated model? Is it worth my complaining to Directv? Any help is appreciated.

No you did not get ripped off. The HR20 is Manufactured by 2 companys to almost the same spec. the -700 is actually older and is made by Pace and the -100 is made by RCA/Thomson. the S at the end of HR20-100S just stands for silver.
