I am new to setting up the portable dish. I'm using a triple LNB oval dish. It has 4 connections. Last weekend, I was able to get a signal after switching cables on each of the 4 connectors. After the game...no signal. Now I am unable to get any signal. I've set the tilt to 55 degrees, the tv only shows "searching for satellite". I have been able to get the box into set up mode a couple of times, but now I can't do that either. Should I get an 18" single dish? The triple LNB was new and free! Help... I have a game on Sunday.
Thanks, Bill

the main issue with pointing a dish is that the pole is plumb to the ground...

all your settings depend on it ... the next thing is no shorts on the cable ... or open circuits...

if you have a level pool & the settings as per zip or box ... you got to get it ... if you have los

Bill, I had the same problem once and if I recall right, if you hit the exit button on the remote it will open up the setup mode, I know it sounds crazy but it worked for me, if that doesn't work try the info button. good luck
