which hd channels do i get in montreal

I will be installing a slimline 5lnb within a week and was wondering what new hd channels i will be recieving? I have the h20 now with the 3lnb and i get very little.Directv told me I need the 5lnb to get all the new hd channels. My adress is somewhere in Boston so i could get NESN. Does anyone have an adress in Boston and if so what are you recieving in hd?
