trying to use a star choice dish for bev ( was already on the house ) i already got a bev lmb for it , the dish is 120 cm ( round ) the arm is about 24 cm long , wanted to know modification to make so i can use it

If your a subscriber to Bell Why bother. Call them and tell them you have moved and they'll send a tech to install a new dish for you. Gratis to boot!

There is no real mods for this if you have lnb in place it just take time to play with the settings your focal point is different is because of the size of dish and the length of the arm you will that a standard bell dish your elevation is 38.1 deg with the starchoice dish it is much lower I forget what it is it's been 4 yrs since i did that set-up,it's much easier just to change the dish out the mounting bracket is the same for either or And a lot less frustrating in the end But if your up to the challenge go for it..Good luck
