Hello, everyone... First time poster, so please forgive me if I am posting this in the wrong place...
A relative of mine who lives about 150 miles away is going to add me to his account as having an additional receiver. I know of at least 20 people who have a similar setup, in sharing accounts and payments over distances, but nobody seems to know the answer to this question... If my relative has one set of local channels that would be for his region, is there any way I can make it where I would have the local channels for my region? Everyone else in the family has no more than 100 miles or so between the main receivers and the additionals, so the local channels aren't an issue for them. Is there any way to have the receiver pointed to a different transponder or something along those lines? Or is the spot beam for my region going to dictate what I would get as for as local channels anyway? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
