I am using a KVH marine tracking SAT dish with one dual LNB so I have two leads coming down inside. I have been using the Spaun line of multiswitches for a number of years and have had the best success with them. I use the 5 input multiswitches because the LNB's are changeable when you are in different regions of the world. This way you change the LNB and hook up the extra two leads for H/V low and high. With the dual LNB they go into the H/V low ports and I have all transponders on DTV 101. I switch the dish to track DTV 119 and I can see that I am locked onto the bird but I get no transponders I switch the leads from H/V low to H/V high and I have the transponders. I know the high side has the 22KHz tone on it but I could have sworn that I used to be able to get both birds with leaving the leads in the H/V low side. Did something change recently that this isn't possible anymore? I get no help from Spaun, DTV, or KVH, they each blame the other. I am using 4 H20's and 1 HD20. In the H20 if I go into dish setup and change from 4x4 multiswitch to 6x8 it will work but this option isn't available in the HD20. Any idea's to get this to work? 2 multiswitches, one 3x8, one 5x8?
Thanks in advance
