61.5 pain

Due to frost heaving in winter, I had to move my 61.5, 24" to another spot on the house.

While trying to dial it in, I keep picking up 119 instead of 61.5. The setting for my zip (04769) are 191 at 36. I was wondering if there would be a difference in the declination for 18" vs 24" dishes.

I have hit 61.5 before with out this much trouble. Yes, the mast is plumb.

Any help would be appreciated.

to give you an idea... to ne in new orleans ... the 61.5 is at the 133 as the 119 is at about 228 ... quite a distance away from one anotherthe 119 is sw & the 61.5 is se
