Hello,

I hope someone here can provide me with some knowledge on how to assemble by new dish. Please advise that i'am new to dishes and recievers, so im not sure all of the details yet.

Basically, i recieved a new 20 Inch Bell ExpressVu Dish yesterday. Since its new, i had to put some of the pieces together. Im stuck on a few items though....

1. This Dish has dual LNB's. Each LNB has two connections for a coax cable. So thats four connections for coax. (2 on each LNB).

Do I HAVE to use both LNB's? And secondly... if i only use one LNB... which connector do i screw the coax cable on? One LNB has two connectors... Im totally lost.

I know your post is old but to help you out 1-if you have only 1 receiver just use 1 side of the lnb the other side would run to a second receiver Now there are two lnb's 1 is used for the 91 and the other for the 82 the 91 one is the primary sat to veiw depending on your receiver and programming package
the 82 carries extra programming ie HD and foreign language programs if you need that sat then you would take one side of the 91 & 82 the screw them onto a sw21 switch then 1 cable out to the receiver and do the same for a second receiver I hope that helps if you need any help send me a PM..
