Four Round Dish to Hr20

I am thinking of getting an Hr20 and currently have Four seperate dish's. I would like to get 101,110,119 signals to the receiver. Will a diseqc switch work to combine the dish's to one cable or do i need another switch? Also, would I get most of the HD channels with the three sats listed?

you need a sat c kit on the sat c & b inputs & a 4 x 4 switch to combine the sats

Yes... the two outputs from the 101 dish go to the no-tone inputs of the multiswitch, the output from your 110 dish and one output of the 119 dish goes to the sat c combiner, the output of the sat c combiner goes to the 18v 22KHz tone input of the multiswitch and the other output of the 119 dish goes to the 13v 22KHz tone input of the multiswitch. I don't know what kpoe's fourth round dish is used for. If you need to combine signals for 5 LNBs including the new KA satellites at 99 and 103 to get the new HD channels from DTV see:

you are gonna need the new ka/ku dish to get all the new HD channels with an HR20. Directv will upgrade it for free for you in most cases if you have the new receiver.

only a few HD channels come from the 119 sat. all the rest come off the 103 and 99 KA band. only the ka/ku dishes will receive this signal.

tnthd, espnhd, espn2hd, discovery hidef theater, hdnet, hdnet movies, hbohd, shohd, and uhd are the only ones on the 119 sat.
