Hi,

I have a single dish with one coax running to a 311 receiver, professionally installed in January '07. I just bought a 322 receiver at Radio Shack but couldn't get it activated. The tech on the phone said it has to be the "dp plus separator" (which splits the single coax coming from my VCR to go to the two inputs) is faulty. I ordered another one, but I'm wondering if there could be another problem?

Any idea?

the lnb is the peice at the end of the arm on the dish that receives the sat signal
