View Full Version : Dish Support issues - Dish 322 receiver

I am have variable transmissions problems with a dish 322 receiver. I've been a dish customer for almost 2 years. I have a dish with a spliter on it with two channels with 4 TVs. The other receiver the Dish DVR 625 works very well.

The dish 322 receiver is now experiencing variable transmission issues for about a month now. Typically from 3pm until 10pm the receiver can not effectively communicate with the satellite.

I've contacted dish support and have not resolved the issue. We have done only basic diagnostics during the 3-10pm time block. I'm not under any support contract. I only lease the equipment and expect Dish to fix the problem or help me to fix the problem. They want to charge me a support charge to send someone out. I obviously am not trilled about paying them anything other than my normal monthly fee.

Any advice on how to solve the issues would be greatly appreciated as my other alternative might be to drop dish and move to direct tv.
