Local channels on one TV gone

I've had DirecTV for many years now. Currently I have it on three different TVs.

For some reason I lost the local channels on the TV upstairs. All other subscribed channels on that TV come in just fine.

The other two TVs downstairs I still get all subscribed AND local channels just fine.

I've been thru the reset process several times...it counts up and seems to get hung up at 60% but eventually continues on thru to 100%.

I'm kinda perplexed...any ideas?

first check setup on the good & bad boxes... what type of dish & boxes do you have ...
