HD DVR timing problem

Has anyone seen a work around for the DirecTV cutting off the final 1-2 minutes of a recording? It is a hassle to go into each recording and say to record an extra two minutes.

You can set the presets for recording.

1. Press Menu
2. Manage Recordings
3. Rec. Defaults
4. Stop (set to 2 min Later)
