I just bought a used DN 1000 with DP PLus, and DP Pro. There are only 2 ports and lnb in on the PD Plus, and there are 2 ports on the DP Pro. Is this mean I can hook up 3 receivers without the need for DPP34. I can hook up 2 receivers from DP Plus and 1 more receiver from DP Pro. I should be able to get 110, 119, & 129. I am having a hard time to get the dish clear my roof line, I should not have any problem using a longer mast. Any advice would be appreciated.

it sounds like you have a dpp twin element ... used to pickup the 110 &119.. the bigger element...
and a smaller element ... used to pickup the 129...

on the bigger element you have 3 connections... 1 marked 1 & 1 Marked 2 & another marked IN

1 of the connections from the 129 (single) element goes to the IN on the bigger element.. then the connections marked 1 & 2 go to your recvrs

the extra connection on the 129 (smaller) element goes to nothing...

you can run 2 dual recvrs for 4 rooms or

you can run 1 dual recvr & 1 single recvr for 3 rooms or

you can run 2 single recvrs for 2 rooms

the dual recvrs must be DPP & you need a separator...

Would I able to use this setup with the FTA boxes?

No! Only legacy equipment can used to setup FTA systems, Dishpro and Dishpro plus are not compatable! Legacy equipment will only have dish logo engraved on it.
