Non-Tranferable box HELP

I just bought a vip622 on ebay and it turns out the box is non-tranferrable. I bought it online because Dish wants $500 for the box.
Now.. is there any the vip622 will still work for me? Or do I have to return it?

Return it it's still considered leased equipment and will probably forever be!!!! If you want a VIP622 you should try doing a Dishing IT Up promo. Most of the time the upgrade consists of a $60 ant upgrade (1000.2) and a $129-199 upgrade fee plus that covers the cost of the install upgrade!!!
