sirius radio cutting in and out on my computer

I have had sirius radio for at least 6 months now but since 1 month my radio cuts in and out on my computer. I have contacted sirius radio canada who suggested that I clear my cookies which I have done to no avail. I checked with my internet provider and was told there was not a problem with them. When my radio cuts out it says that it is buffering. I have tried resetting the buffering but that did nothing. Would appreciate any advice on how to fix this problem. My computer is 1 year old.

I have been having the same cut in, cut out problem on my two, Starmate receivers in my cars. I have been a subscriber for about four years, and have never had this problem, until recently. I called the Sirius Tech Support today and was told that on June 24th, Sirius changed thier signal, and some units are experiencing this condition. They looked up my account, and said the problem would be resolved in twenty four hours. We'll see. Maybe you should give a call to the Tech Support. 1-800-869-5590.
