can only get 119- please help!

I'm in CO and can only find sat 119- what am i doing wrong? the line of sight is clear, its a brand new 5lnb and hr21.

first thing ... make sure that pole is plumb

make sure that when you put in your zip that you are getting settings for the 5lnb dish ... set your dish el & tilt .. then move the dish too far to the west & slowly come back to the south ... be sure that you get settings for the 5lnb & NOT for the 3 lnb

follow the booklet on adjusting dish once you get the 101...
