Trying to get satellite 129

I have dish 1000.2 and switch DPP 1k.2 w/ separator. My installer only set me up with 110 and 119. When I go to the Installation Summary page and 'check switches' it tells me 110 and 119 are 'OK' and input 3 is connected or has a good connection but no signal. So I'm assuming that I just need to adjust the physical dish on my roof so it is pointed towards 129? Or could this be another issue? If so does anyone know the coordinates to point my dish towards 129? My zip code is 56537. Thankyou very much for any help.

well... basically ... if you get the 110 & 119 the dish is designed pick up all 3 with one pointing...so really if you are getting those 2 then you should get all 3 ...however there may be some instances that it my need minor adjustments....

i would first see that the 110 is picking up the 110 & the 119 is picking up the 119...


it could be that the elevation is off & you are picking up the sats with the wrong lnb,s... leaving out the 129 ... or ....

you might have blockage on the 129 & then just not picking it up...


do you have a hd receiver?????? the 129 only has hd on it it think...


i think the 1000.2 is a all in one triple lnb unit ...not the lnb with the 129 side car element... am i right...?????????

correct...it has triple lnbs. I do have an HD reciever as I am recieving a few HD channels from the 110 and 119.

dis you check for blockage????????

standing behind the dish... the 110 is the element on the right & the 129 is the element on the left ...119 of course is in the middle...

you can tape a peice of cardboard over the elememt head or if you have someone working with you cover it with your hand & see that the correct sat drops out ..
