New pc New problem

I'm trying to log onto sirius radio through my pc, so i log on, go to a channel and no sound, updated my media player and flash player and no go.??? Does anyone out there have any idea's

If you are trying to listen to Sirius via the website there has been some issues with the Firefox browser (not sure if you are using that or not). Try Internet explorer and see if that works. If it doesn't please post again with:
-Browser info
-Computer info
-any error messages
