I spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to upgrade a receiver. I could only understand every 4th word. I told the rep I did not need the unit installed at least 3 times but guess what- an installer showed up with the unit! I know I'm from VA and may have a southern accent but damn! By the way, the installer told me the unit would not work with my dish (I have starband internet). Is there anybody at Dish that hears and understands the English language? Maybe they should just use the written word and pass a message around the room till somebody understands it! Please tell me who to call!
