Hi,

I was hoping I could get some suggestions on my install. I have a Slimline AU9 dish I installed on my roof with a tripod. I have setup the Elivation, Tilt, and Azimuth as displayed on the screen, but I can only get signal on the 110 satellite.

It currently has 92 signal strength (on 110), but I get 0 on the 101/119 satellites. It doesn't appear to be a line of sight issue as the tripod/pole mount is high enough to clear the trees.

I tried the LNB assembly at my sister's house to make sure it wasn't bad and was able to get signal on 101/110/119 satellites. I only installed one other AU9 dish and didn't have any problems.

The only thing I could think of is that the dish may not be level. The pole itself is level, but the dish assembly didn't fit snugly into the pole. I got a 2 inch pole as that is what I read it required, but it doesn't fit as snug as on the original mount's mast.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
