How To get Different Transponders?

Trying to realign my buddies dish. I can get what transponders I need on 119 and 101, but I'm getting only transponders 28, 30 and 32 on 101. According to DirectTv I need 1 and 2 on 101. How do I get these instead? It's a oval Multi-Satellite dish with triple LNB's. TNX

you should get them unl;ess your recvr or lnb is bad...



try checking the wiring or pointing also...
